Types of Information Collected and Security

When you place an order with us, Paypal handles your billing information and we will only see the order details and your contact information. PayPal allows you to pay via credit card or from your PayPal account, if you have one.  This means that we do not have access to your payment information.  All of your billing information is collected and processed through PayPal’s secure gateway.

Use of Cookies

Cookies are small data files that a web site sends to your browser for storage on your computer's hard drive.   If your browser accepts cookies, PayPal uses them to store the set of items you have placed in your cart.  This allows us to save your shopping cart contents for a period of time even if you leave our site.  If you return and want to purchase the items, you can then complete the checkout process without having to add them to the cart again.  If you have disabled your browser from accepting cookies, your cart contents will not be saved if you leave our site.

If you came to our site by clicking on one of our affiliate (partner site) links, in some cases a cookie will be used to store that affiliate's ID number. If you complete an order on our site, the affiliate number allows us to credit the affiliate for the sale. 

No personal data whatsoever is stored or transmitted via cookies originating from our site. We do not use cookies to track any Internet activity.

Use of Information

When you buy something from our site, PayPal collects your payment information. All information collected is used solely for processing your order and completing the transaction: to take order and shipping information, to resolve billing issues, and to mail you receipts.  We do not use your personal information for anything outside what is required to complete transactions. We do not use any of your information to mail unsolicited mail. You must voluntarily sign up for our announcements mailing list to receive notifications from us about new products or promotions.

Third Party Disclosure

The personal information you have provided us and information about your order will not be shared, sold, or given to any third party invested in the business of marketing, or collecting marketing information. Note: When paying by credit card, your charge and payment information is processed via our merchant services account.

Disclosure of Information

Your contact information and information about your order will not be shared or given away for any reason whatsoever outside of what is needed to process your order and complete your transaction. All personal information collected on our site is gathered and processed through PayPal's secure gateway.

Fraud

It is the intention of Dream Clique LLC to prosecute credit card fraud to the fullest extent of all state, federal, and international laws. If fraud is suspected, we will refer authorities to PayPal and we will not interfere with PayPal's efforts provide any and all transactional information, including (but not limited to) all trace information to the purchasing computer, to State, Federal and International Authorities, including the FBI, The Department of Justice, The Federal Trade Commission, and the National White Collar Crime Center.
